Refund & Return Policy

All orders placed through Marching Orders Direct are final sale. Because every order is custom, program-specific, and fulfilled through a school-based batch ordering model, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances except verified manufacturer defects.

Sizing

Sizing charts are provided on every product page within your school’s storefront. You are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing checkout. Incorrect size selections are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Manufacturer Defects

If you receive an item with a verifiable manufacturer defect — meaning a factory flaw, structural damage, or manufacturing error that was present at the time of production — we will replace, correct, or credit that item at no additional cost to you.

To submit a defect claim, contact us at info@marchingordersdirect.com within 7 days of your school’s distribution date. Include your order number, your student’s name, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Claims submitted after this window will not be reviewed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or an item that arrived damaged, contact us at info@marchingordersdirect.com within 7 days of your school’s distribution date with your order number and photos. We will review the claim and work to make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following situations: a manufacturer defect cannot be resolved through replacement or correction; an item could not be fulfilled due to circumstances outside our control; or Marching Orders Direct cancels an order prior to fulfillment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after the storefront closing date. Once the deadline passes, all orders are locked and submitted for batch fulfillment. No exceptions.
